VIKA TONU X STUDIO CABAL. 2015

Vika accesorized the S/S 2015 collection of the fashion brand ”Studio Cabal”, which was presented at the Avanpremiere Fashion Gala 15th edition in Bucharest.
For this occasion and according to the brand`s vision and aesthetics, Vika came up with a series entitled ”Crepundia”, a name used in ancient Greece for amulet, protective jewellery, that was worn in order to keep negative energies and bad luck away from their wearers.
She chose and stylized a number of protective, Universal symbols like the eye, the Sun, the Moon, the triangle, Fatima`s hand, the knot and the bell – in her minimalistic, geometric manner and combined them in a playful and modern way, still keeping the symbolics of these ancient adornments.
